Investment Property - Holland, MIThis project was purchased to become a rental property. RS Services was contracted to complete and oversee the following projects: refinishing hardwood floors, installing a new kitchen, laying tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom, tiling a shower, fixing the deck, applying fresh paint and installing new garage doors. |

Home Owners - Holland & Grand Rapids, MIRS Services recently remodeled a laundry room and updated a kitchen. The laundry room project included new drywall, a painted epoxy floor, new cabinets, and fresh paint. The kitchen remodel included a new tile floor, fresh paint, a new counter top and a new kitchen sink. |
